CR Garg, a Delhi Andaman and Nicobar Islands Civil Services (DANICS) officer of 1990 batch, had assumed charge as Managing Director, Delhi Transport Corporation, on Monday, June 16, 2015, said a release.
Earlier, Garg was posted in Delhi Jal Board as Director.
During his service as DANICS officer for more than two decades, Garg had held several important positions such as Special Secretary (Health & Family Welfare), and Deputy Commissioner (Municipal Corporation of Delhi), among others.
