KNR Constructions Limited has announced that it has bagged a Rs 937 crore road contract in Tamil Nadu from National Highway Authority of India.
The order, to be executed within 30 months of the appointed date, entails development of the road stretch between Madurai-Ramanthapuram section of National Highway 49. The project is to be executed under the National Highway Development Project, Phase III, on EPC mode.
The Hyderabad-based infrastructure company has intimated to the BSE that the project is for improvement and augmentation of four lane road. The company had recently bagged three road contracts from the Tamil Nadu Government with combined orders worth Rs 729 crore.
