Cyient Limited, an engineering and geospatial services company, has registered a revenue of ₹1,187 crore in the third quarter ended December 31, 2018, as against ₹983 crore in the same quarter previous year.
The net profit for the quarter stood at ₹92.5 crore (₹87.1 crore).
“The third quarter is generally a slow quarter and we recorded a revenue decline of 1.5 per cent in constant currency over the previous quarter. However, we witnessed a growth of 10.7 per cent year on year,” said Krishna Bodanapu, MD and CEO, Cyient.
“This quarter saw the highest operating margin in the last 12 quarters at 14.7 per cent, with the highest-ever cash balance of ₹12.3 billion for a quarter end,” said Ajay Aggarwal, President and CFO.
