Hyderabad-based IT company Kellton Tech has acquired Bokanyi Consulting, a Houston-headquartered cloud and analytics services provider.
Kellton Tech has funded this entire acquisition through internal accruals. It, however, has not disclosed the deal value. Last June, the company had acquired Prosoft, another US company, for about $14 million.
Bokanyi, which recently completed 10 years and clocked revenue of about $ 8 million last year, serves the mid-market IT needs of customers across 12 countries.
It established itself in enterprise solutions market when it earned the recertification of its SAP Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE). It places the company in the segment of top 3 per cent of SAP partners in North America.
The acquisition demonstrates Kellton Tech’s continued investment in ISMAC (Internet of Things, Social, Mobile, Analytics and Cloud) and its efforts to further strengthen its core focus.
Niranjan Chintam, founder and Chairman of Kellton, said, “ As we merge Bokanyi’s enterprise technology expertise that complements our ISMAC focus, we look forward to new business opportunities, while leveraging the cross-selling possibilities brought forth.”
“Being one among SAP’s top value-added resellers, we are eager to leverage Kellton Tech’s services portfolio and global footprint to deliver more value to our customers and expand our outreach. The integrated proposition will certainly position Kellton Tech as the leader in the ISMAC space,” said Brian Bokanyi, CEO of Bokanyi Consulting.
