Electronics major AOC today said it has appointed Atul Jasra as Business Head for its tablets and smartphones business in India and other SAARC countries.
Jasra will be responsible for establishing the tablet and smartphone business vertical for AOC, it said in a statement.
Prior to AOC, he was instrumental in launching and establishing HCL ME tablets in India. He has also been part of launches in India like Casio Watches and Digital Cameras and INQ Mobiles.
In the past, Atul headed the distribution business of Sony Ericsson Mobile Phone for more than 4 years.
