Sony today introduced its wireless sports Headphones WI-SP510 in India.
The “extra bass” earphones are targeted primarily for sports enthusiasts with features such as water resistance and secure fitting.
The headphones have an IPX5 water-resistant rating. According to Sony, the WI-SP510 are “splash-proof, sweat-proof and washable.”
The headphones come with up to 15 hours of battery life on a full charge. A 10-minutes quick charge can provide up to 1 hour of playback, the brand said. It as a 12mm driver unit.
The device comes with “secure fitting.” The headphones have Arc Supporters. Each earbud has a built-in magnet “to ensure tangle-free carrying and storage.” The WI-SP510 has a built-in microphone for hands-free calling with HD voice.
The device also provides support for Google Assistant for voice access to music, information, etc.
The headphones come in Black and Blue colours.
The WI-SP510 will be available across Sony retail stores (Sony Center and Sony Exclusive), www.ShopatSC.com portal, major electronic stores and other e-commerce websites in India starting today. It is priced at ₹4,990.
