Chennai-based Zebronics, supplier of IT peripherals, consumer electronics and surveillance products, has updated its power strip range.
The new comes with multiple ports for power and USB ports, a company spokesman said. The ports can be used to charge devices like mobile phones and tablets without the need of an adapter.
Power strips have often been identified with ‘loose connection;’ to get around this problem Zebronics is offering specially-designed ‘Power Grip’ sockets.
The design of power strips is done keeping in mind ease of use and saving space, the spokesman said.
They support input voltage of 110-250v and maximum current of 10A and feature individual LED lights and power switch for both power sockets and USB ports.
Power strip ZEB-TS102 comes with six ports while ZEB-TS202 has four. Both models are equipped with overload protection. The body is made with fire-proof material.
The new models come with one year warranty. ZEB-TS202 is priced at ₹1,249 and ZEB-TS102 at ₹1,349, the spokesman added.
