The Kochi-based V-Care 24X7 has developed a technology to help people in emergencies with the click of a button.
V-Care 24X7, Managing Partner, Manishankar said that this technology has been developed in association with the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC). The device looks similar to an identity card and in an emergency, a click on the button will give intimation, including location, to the control room in the hub and to the mobile numbers given by the customer.
Users can also speak through the device to the customer care centre and request for help. The customer care centre will alert the relatives of the customer.
