Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has commenced commercial production of personal care products at its factory in Guwahati on March 23.
Pipavav Shipyard Ltd has received clearance from the Foreign Investment Promotion Board for foreign direct equity investment. It has already obtained all statutory clearances required for warship building for defence sector.
The clearance will help the company to bid for all future warship projects such as frigates, destroyers, aircraft carriers, LPDs, submarine, corvettes etc. of Indian Navy.
Tata Communications Ltd has clarified that TCL has not received any communication from the GOI on the surplus land issue in the recent past though it welcomed any Government process that will expedite the demerger of surplus land which it has repeatedly requested in the best interests of the company and its shareholders.
