BN Sahoo took charge as Executive Director of Securities and Exchange Board of India on Tuesday. He will be in charge of the Corporation Finance Investigation Department. Sahoo was earlier Chief General Manager in SEBI and has handled assignments across departments, including investigations and corporation finance.
