Sugar market remained quite in the national capital today as prices moved in a narrow range on alternate bouts of trading before ending at last levels.
Market analysts said adequate stocks position against fresh summer and marriage season demand mainly kept the prices unaltered.
Following are the quotations in Rs per quintal:
Sugar ready M-30 2,900-3,000 and S-30 2,870-2,990.
Mill delivery M-30 2,700-2,890 and S-30 2,675-2,865.
Sugar mill gate prices (excluding duty): Kinonni 2,860, Asmoli 2,850, Mawana 2,800, Titabi 2,810, Thanabhavan 2,700, Budhana 2,700 and Dorala 2,800.
