Spot rubber finished flat in the absence of active buyers and sellers on Tuesday. RSS-4 was steady at ₹130 a kg, according to traders. The grade closed unchanged at ₹126.50 and ₹129.50 respectively, according to dealers and the Rubber Board. February futures declined to ₹130.40 (132.98), March to ₹132.64 (135.03) and April to ₹135 (137.16) on the NMCE. RSS-3 (spot) firmed up to ₹110.24 (109.20) a kg at Bangkok. January futures improved to ₹118.26 (117.64) on the TOCOM. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 130 (130); RSS-5: 125.50 (125.50); ISNR 20: 114.50 (114.50) and Latex (60% drc): 89.50 (89.50).
