The Aurobindo Pharma Ltd's Managing Director, Mr K Nityananda Reddy, has pledged two lakh shares in favour of IL&FS.
The shares were pledged on Tuesday, the Hyderabad-based company informed the BSE on Wednesday. This took the total number of shares pledged by Mr Reddy to 35.50 lakh shares.
The shares of Aurobindo Pharma ended the day at Rs 106.25 on the BSE.
