The Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd on Tuesday said it has decided to suspend the trading in CG-VAK Software & Exports Ltd for non-compliance of various clauses of the Listing Agreement.
The trading in the securities of CG-VAK Software & Exports will be suspended for five trading days from May 25 to May 31, on account of non-compliance with the provisions of the Listing Agreement, a BSE statement said here.
