Bajaj Finance Ltd has decided (subject to shareholder approval) to raise additional capital by issuing up to 75 lakh shares under qualified institutional placement to institutional investors
The company has also decided to issue up to 75 lakh warrants on a preferential basis to the promoter, Bajaj Finserv Ltd, entitling the warrant-holder to apply for equivalent number of fully-paid equity shares of the company.
