Duke Offshore Ltd has informed BSE the company has been awarded an annual maintenance contract by the Ministry of Defence for maintenance of four vessels. "Since this is a matter of national security, more information cannot be disclosed," the company said. Duke Offshore intends to pursue more maintenance contracts in the future, it added. Shares of Duke jumped five per cent to ₹28 on the BSE.

SRS Real Infrastructure on Tuesday said its wholly-owned subsidiary SRS Real Estate Ltd has been allotted two plots each measuring 60,000 square metres by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority at Sector 12, Greater Noida, for developing group housing colonies. The cost of these plots is around ₹285 crore. The company plans to build about 2,000 flats of different categories in these colonies. S Mobility has received new certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur, effecting a change in the name of the company from S Mobility Ltd to Spice Mobility Ltd. The change was effective July 21. The company’s stock ended at ₹29.6, down 0.17 per cent, on the BSE.
