Larsen & Toubro held firm to remain the top gainer on both the BSE and NSE near close on Monday. At 2.30 p.m. it was quoting at Rs 918.75 or 5.32 per cent higher than its previous close of Rs 872.35.
On the NSE, it was trading at Rs 918.90, representing a gain of 5.37 per cent on last week's close of RS 872.50.
