National Stock Exchange of India has set up an Investor Service Centre here for answering queries and complaint resolution.
The centre will be functional from April 2, 2012 in the premises of National Stock Exchange in Basheerbagh here.
An investor grievance resolution panel was also constituted in the service centres to take up complaints which are not resolved in 60 days from the date of registration.
Another new centre is also being opened in Ahmadabad. “Arbitration facility would also be extended at these centres shortly,” NSE said in a release on Friday.
With these new centres, NSE will have six investor service centres operating in Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi, Ahmeadabad and Hyderabad.
