Real estate developer Omaxe will hit the market on Tuesday with another offer-for-sale for over 1.10 crore shares, to comply with SEBI’s minimum public shareholding norm of 25 per cent.
The floor price is Rs 135.
On September 27, the company’s OFS had attracted only 27.74 per cent or 42.3 lakh shares of the offer size totalling 1.525 crore shares at the same floor price. Omaxe needs to sell 6.35 per cent of its total paid-up equity share capital to meet the SEBI norm.
The sellers are Constellation Capital, Kautilya Monetary Services and S.A. Finvest, who form part of the promoters and members of the promoter group of Omaxe.
