The respective boards of Alok Industries, ISMT and OCL Iron and Steel will meet on Friday to take on record the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2019. Alok Industries, which according to the BSE, “has not paid annual listing fees,” had posted a whopping loss of ₹18,215.61 crore for FY18. ISMT had reported a loss of ₹240 crore for FY18, while OCL Iron’s loss stood at ₹254.85 crore. Shareholders will closely follow the results of these firms.
