Anuh Pharma has informed the BSE that a meeting of the board of directors will be held on June 12 to consider an issue of bonus shares. The board will also decide on the day, date and place of the annual general meeting of the company as well as the book-closure dates. Shares of Anuh Pharma surged 3.6 per cent or ₹22.50 at ₹649.75 on the BSE.
