Apart from Infosys, companies such as 3i Infotech, Bajaj Corp and California Software Company will also declare their first quarter results. Focus will be on Bajaj Corp, which had reported a PAT of ₹55.41 crore on revenues of ₹221.60 crore in the preceding quarter. The board of California will also consider acquisition of majority stake in PSL SoftTech and Global Allied Pharmaceuticals and acquisition of clinical data management from Hysynth Biotechnologies.
