The board of Bharat Electronics will meet on Tuesday to consider a buyback proposal along with quarterly numbers. Similarly, the board of Indian Oil Corporation will meet for bonus issue. Investors of Bharat Electronics will keen to know the quantum of buyback, the offer price and the mode of buyback (through tendering or open market). If approved, it would be the third bonus issue from the oil major, which had declared 1:1 bonus issues in 2009 and 2016.
