The ₹25,000-crore rights issue of Bharti Airtel will open for subscription on Friday and close on May 17. The company had fixed April 24 as the record date for the issue. Shareholders as on the record date can participate in the rights issue, which is at a price of ₹220 a share. The entitlement ratio is 19 shares for every 67 shares held. Similarly, the buyback of Aarti Drugs will open on Friday. It plans to buy back 2.82 lakh shares at ₹900 a share. The record date is March 29.
