Acrysil acquired additional 3.75 per cent shares of Homestyle Products, UK, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Acrysil UK Ltd. Following the acquisition, the stake of Acrysil through Acrysil UK in Homestyle Products has increased to 98.75 per cent. In 2014, Acrysil through its arm, had acquired 74 per cent stake in Homestyle Products for ₹20.50 crore. It had further picked up 13 per cent stake in Homestyle Products in 2016. Shares of the leading quartz and stainless steel kitchen sink manufacturing firm gained 2.22 per cent at ₹615.20 on the BSE.
Talwalkars Better Value Fitness has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary PWG Fitness Pvt Ltd, in Sri Lanka. The paid-up capital of the company is SL₹1,000. Shares of Talwalkars Better Value Fitness closed at ₹314.40, down 1.23 per cent, on the BSE.
Dixon Technologies Pvt Ltd , a joint venture company of Dixon Technologies (India), has commenced manufacturing of CCTVs and digital video recorders (DVRs) under the Trademark ‘CP Plus’ from January 2 at its manufacturing facility in Tirupati. Shares of Dixon Technologies closed 1.25 per cent lower at ₹4,134.05 on the BSE.
