Spice Mobility has informed the exchanges that Spice Digital, a subsidiary of the company, has divested its entire equity stake in Sunstone Eduversity Pvt Ltd (Eduversity) pursuant to a share purchase agreement entered into by them. Further, Eduversity has ceased to be an associate of SDL. The company, however, did not disclose the buyer’s identity nor the transaction value. SDL had acquired 22.54 per cent stake in Sunstone Eduversity Pvt Ltd in January 2016. The stock of Spice Mobility gained 0.18 per cent at ₹27.20 on the NSE.

Mauria Udyog has received export orders for supply of LPG cylinders for ₹29.95 crore during November-December 2017. The orders were in addition to the orders reported earlier. The company has also received Letter of Credit for its Libya order worth ₹190 crore. The total order-book of the company as on January 4, 2018 is ₹408.36 crore, the company said in a notice to the stock exchanges. Shares of Mauria Udyog jumped 5 per cent at ₹171.75 on the BSE.

The board of Windsor Machines on Tuesday allotted 72,14,644 warrants to four entities at a conversion price of ₹63.30 a share. The allottees are: Chartered Finance & Leasing, Dilip G Piramal, DGP Securities and Kiddy Plast. The company has received 25 per cent of the total consideration from the allottees; the balance will be received at the time of allotment of equity shares pursuant to exercise of the option against each warrant. Shares of Windsor Machines, after hitting a high of ₹129, closed at ₹121.80, down 1.6 per cent on the NSE.
