Ramkrishna Forgings has allotted about 13.7 lakh shares to promoter group Eastern Credit Capital Pvt Ltd, by conversion of an equal number of warrants, which were issued on preferential basis. The move will result in the increase of the issued capital of the company to about ₹2.75 crore (₹2.62 crore). Shares of Ramkrishna Forgings closed on Friday at ₹210, up 0.5 per cent over the previous day’s close on the BSE.
The board of directors of Ujaas Energy on Friday approved the notice of extraordinary general meeting to be held on August 14 to obtain shareholder approval to raise funds to the tune of ₹500 crore. The company may consider further public offer, rights issue, preferential offer, qualified institutions placement, private placement or any combination thereof to raise the funds. Shares of Ujaas Energy tumbled 2.85 per cent at ₹30.8.
Indian Toners & Developers has informed the BSE that its subsidiary ITDL Imagetec plans to increase its toner manufacturing capacity from 1,200 mt per annum to 1,800 mt at its manufacturing plant at Sitarganj, Uttrakhand. The stock on Friday closed at ₹45.65, down 0.22 per cent on the BSE.
