Ramco Cements has sought shareholders’ nod to raise ₹500 crore through redeemable non-convertible debentures. The last date for shareholders to submit the completed postal ballot forms is March 24, the company informed the exchanges. Shares of Ramco Cements were down 1.33 per cent at ₹363.30 on the BSE.
The board of Minda Finance on Wednesday approved issue of 3 per cent non-cumulative, redeemable, preference shares (NCRPS) on private placement basis. The company informed the BSE that its board has given consent to issue 87,500 3 per cent NCRPS of ₹400 each aggregating to ₹3.5 crore on private placement basis to Minda Investments. Shares of Minda Finance surged 5 per cent at ₹15.75 on the BSE.
Pradeep Metals has informed the exchanges that its wind power project is now officially registered with the Maharashtra Energy Development Agency (MEDA). MEDA, in a letter, informed the company that its 2.10 MW (1 X 21,000 KW) wind power project in village Umrani, Tal-Jath, Dist - Sangli (Site - Sindur), Maharashtra, has been registered under the GoM policy. The stock of Pradeep Metals gained 1.8 per cent at ₹47.75 on the BSE.
