The board of Deepak Fertilizers And Petrochemicals Corporation on Thursday approved the proposed scheme for amalgamation of SCM Soilfert with itself. On Thursday, the board of SCM Soilfert too approved the amalgamation plan. The appointed date of the draft Scheme of Amalgamation is April 1, 2015. Shares of Deepak Fertilizers closed at ₹150.05, up 2.6 per cent on the BSE.
