Pramod Jain (Plus Corporate Ventures Pvt Ltd - acquirer) and a PAC have made an open offer to the shareholders of Golden Tobacco. They plan to buy 44.02 lakh shares at ₹101 apiece (plus interest @10 per cent) to the original shareholders. The offer, which was originally scheduled for December 20, 2009, will now open on February 14. The offer follows the Supreme Court order of November 2016 and SEBI directives of February and September.
