Mangalam Organics on Monday signed an agreement with France-based Les Dérivés Résiniques et Terpéniques (DRT) to manufacture and supply terpene phenolic resin.
Under the pact, Mangalam Organics will sell the product exclusively to DRT for distribution. The French major, which purchases the products, would be responsible for sales and service of the product, the company informed the exchanges on Monday. Investors will monitor the execution of the deal.
