Apollo Hospitals on Thursday said it has acquired 50 per cent stake in Lucknow-based 330-bed Medics Super Speciality Hospital for ₹91 crore.
The acquisition would help Apollo Hospitals consolidate its position in Uttar Pradesh. The Medics Super Speciality Hospital, which is spread over 3.5 lakh square feet area in Lucknow, is expected to be commissioned by the third quarter of the current financial year.
Shareholders will monitor the development.
