The board of directors of NMDC Ltd at a meeting held today declared first interim dividend at the rate of Rs 4.15 per equity share of face value of Rs 1 each for the financial year 2016-17.
The first interim dividend declared shall be paid as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the mining major informed the BSE.
