Prabhat Telecoms (India) has entered into an agreement with Xmi Pte Ltd (Hong Kong) for distributing telecom and other accessories as manufactured products in Delhi and NCR, Rajasthan, UP, Arunachal Pradesh and other NE states, including West Bengal, to specific retailers on non-exclusive basis. Xmi Pte Ltd, established in 2006, is based in Singapore. Shares of the BSE-SME-listed company will remain in focus, as shareholders eye further developments.
