The board of Prakash Constrowell will meet on Tuesday to consider audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017. The board will also consider further issue of shares through a rights issue. Investors will closely monitor the quantum of funds to be raised, the number of shares to be offered, the price of the issue and most importantly, the entitlement ratio. Besides, announcement of the record date will also be eyed closely.
