Shriram Transport Finance Company on Wednesday said its board of directors will meet on June 26 to discuss the proposal of merger of Shriram Equipment Finance Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shriram Transport, with the former. In a notice to the BSE, the company said, the “Trading window’ will be closed from June 24 to June 28 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the company’s Prohibition of Insider Trading Code.
