Vardhman Special Steels plans to raise ₹67.85 crore by issuing 1.357 crore equity shares on rights basis. The issue, which opens for subscription on Tuesday, would be open till May 2.
The company has fixed the price at ₹50 a share for the issue to its eligible shareholders in the ratio of two equity shares for every three fully paid-up shares held as on the record date — April 10. Investors and shareholders will keep an eye on the response to the issue.
