Websol Energy Systems has entered into a production agreement with Exide Industries. Accordingly, Websol will manufacture and supply 10-MW of Photo Voltaic Modules per month comprising 40 MW, to EIL, under the Exide brand at its factory at Falta SEZ. The agreement is valid till December 31, 2018 and may be renewed on mutually agreed terms and conditions. Shares of Websol Energy jumped 4.97 per cent at ₹42.25 on the NSE while those of Exide ended flat at ₹274.70.
