The board of Zen Technologies has discussed and approved a proposal to invest up to $2 million in Zen Technologies US Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary. Zen Technologies is exploring and evaluating the possibilities of certain investments, both domestic and international, to augment the activity of the company as part of its future plans. The board has authorised the Chairman and Managing Director to finalise the terms and conditions of the proposals by engaging professionals and intermediaries. Shares of Zen Technologies slumped 9.5 per cent at ₹84.80 on the NSE.
