Mr Anup Bagchi will take over as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, ICICI Securities, effective May 1.
He is currently the Executive Director of ICICI Securities. Ms Madhabi Puri-Buch, currently Managing Director and CEO, ICICI Securities, will move to ICICI Bank effective May 1 and proceed on a sabbatical for personal reasons, to join her husband who is based overseas, said a press release issued today.
