The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of the shareholders of Corporation Bank, which was held in Mangalore on Monday to elect shareholder-directors, has elected Mr Sushobhan Sarker, Mr Kawaljit Singh Oberoi and Mr S. Shabbeer Pasha.
The three will hold office for three years till August 22, 2014, the bank said.
A bank release said here that Mr Sarker is an Executive Director of Life Insurance Corporation of India. Mr Oberoi is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr Pasha is a practicing chartered accountant having experience of over 25 years, it said.
