Punjab National Bank has donated medicines to cancer patients of Ernakulam General Hospital, Palliative Care Unit, as part of the bank's CSR activities. The bank's Circle Head, Mr K.V. Rajesh, handed over the medicines to Dr M.I. Junaid Rehman, Hospital Superintendant, at a function.
The bank has recently adopted the Chennam-Pallipuram village in Alappuzha district and are working towards improving lives there with the co-operation of the Panchayath. The bank is also helping old people, orphanages and various other sections of the society in various parts of Ernakulam district.
