The Reserve Bank of India plans to take the help of four to six professional consultancy firms to overhaul its HR policies, processes and systems.
The central bank wants to empanel reputed and well established professional firms to support it in framing, implementing and delivering integrated HR solutions.
The consultants are required to offer services under the four categories — project consultancy, project implementation, post implementation support services and research and analysis.
The RBI has offices in 28 cities across the country and employs about 18,000 officers and staff.
