The Chairman of State Bank of India, Mr Pratip Chaudhuri, donated an ambulance to Santhigiri Ashram here on Friday as part of the bank's CSR initiative.
Swami Janatheerthan Jnanatapaswi received the ambulance on behalf of the ashram. Mr Chaudhuri said on the occasion that the bank had spent nearly Rs 45 lakh under its CSR initiative in Kerala circle.
The Chief General Manager, Mr B.S. Bhasin, and the General Manager, Mr Arun Kumar Agarwal, were also present on the occasion.
