The Foundation Day of the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) was celebrated by the institute’s Madras Chapter on Friday.
K. Manickam, Chairman, NIPM, Madras Chapter, highlighted the growth of NIPM and its presence in various national and international fora as a representative body of HR professionals, and the immense contribution made by the members in the field of human resources and industrial relations.
A.D. Padmasingh Isaac, Chairman and Managing Director, Aachi Group of companies, as the chief guest for the event, shared his experience as an entrepreneur.
He said his success was due to his curiosity in knowing the market and fulfilling customer needs by sheer quality and availability of products, which are manufactured through proper R&D interventions.
Professionals and students from various academic institutions participated in the event.
