Indian Institute of Technology-Madras will collaborate with Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, to establish a joint research centre to create Enterprise Eco-Systems (C2E2). The centre has been sanctioned ₹300,000 for a three-year period.
A key focus area is to explore and create joint start-ups through active engagement between incubation eco-systems of the institutions. The collaboration will combine the expertise in emerging science and technologies to expand the research capacity and capability of both the institutions, says a press release from IIT-Madras.
