The Ministry of Human Resources Development on Tuesday announced that it has appointed new directors at seven National Institutes of Technology (NITs).
Rajeev Tripathi was appointed Director of MNNIT Allahabad while Uday Kumar RY will head MNIT Jaipur, the statement said. Lalit Kumar Awasthi will lead NIT Jalandhar, Satish Kumar will head NIT Kurukshetra, Animesh Biswas for NIT Rourkela, and S.R. Gandhi for SVNIT Surat, the statement said.
Moreover, Mini Shaji Thomas has been appointed as Director of NIT Tiruchirappalli.
