Managing change is crucial for budding managers to attain success in their professional career, according to the corporate consultant Harish HV.
Speaking at the graduation day ceremony of the 19th batch of MBA at the Justice KS Hegde Institute of Management at Nitte in Udupi district, he said corporate principles and the style of functioning have also changed with the change in the dynamics of the world. Change has become inevitable and managing it is crucial for attaining success in professional career, he said.
N Vinay Hegde, Chancellor of Nitte and president Nitte Education Trust, who presided over the function, said that success in a career is the result of hard work and integrity.
K Sankaran, Director of the institute, presented the annual report of the institute.
