Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive in Gujarat on Monday on a two-day visit in what could be his last visit to the state before the announcement of national elections. He is expected to have a packed schedule in Jamnagar and Ahmedabad, including the opening of the first stretch of the first phase of the Ahmedabad metro train project in the city.

Shenzhen-based smartphone manufacturer RealMe might launch two new smartphones in India on March 4. The two devices — Realme 3 and Realme 3 Pro -- would take on the Redmi Note 7. While the company has already confirmed that it would launch the Realme 3, a teaser video indicates the launch of a Pro variant. 

MSME Development Institute , Chennai, a division of the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Ministry, will organise a two-day trade fair, ‘Udyam Samaagam’, at the Institute’s campus here on March 4 and 5. The trade fair, themed ‘General Engineering & Auto component manufacturing sector’ will focus on showcasing the strength of MSMEs in these sectors and will enhance their marketing avenues.

The Railways is to run a special train for tourists visiting the Statue of Unity in Gujarat, five months after it was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The train, which will be run under the government's Bharat Darshan scheme, will have a seven-night and eight-day tour package beginning March 4 from Chandigarh. The journey will also cover pilgrimage sites such as Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh; Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga near Indore, MP; Shirdi Sai Baba Darshan, Trimbakeshwar in Nashik, Maharashtra; and Ghrishneshwar Jyotirlinga in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. 

The Kumbh Mela, which began on January 15 at the Sangam, will conclude on the last auspicious bathing day of Mahashivratri on March 4. The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is expected to officially declare the fair closed on March 5.
