Tata DoCoMo has launched its new advanced Photon Max Wi-Fi Duo, latest in the brand’s Photon series.
A company spokesman said here that the new product ensures non-stop, high speed Wi-Fi connectivity on multiple devices without the worry of running out of battery.
It uses the ‘Max’ technology which gives three times faster speed than the ‘Plus’ technology.
Photon Max Wi-Fi Duo priced at Rs 2,899 is available for all post-paid customers across all circles.
The current post-paid customers can also upgrade from their existing devices to Photon Max Wi-Fi Duo via cash back offer, subject to conditions.
The spokesman quoted Ashok Ghose, Head, Karnataka and Kerala, Tata DoCoMo, as saying that Photon Max Wi-Fi Duo packs a unified connectivity experience.
The device allows users to connect up to five devices to the Internet including smartphones, laptops, tablets, smart TVs and gaming consoles.
It comes with a 4400 mAh power bank which provides battery back-up for up to 17 hours. The device is equipped with a 32GB MicroSD card slot that can be used in both solo and sharing mode. The latter enables sharing of the MicroSD data across Wi-Fi users.
It also lets users create a MicroSD cloud-enabling Internet storage, sharing and access of content from anywhere in the world.
